Board of Directors

The government of the Chamber of Commerce, direction of its work, the control of its finances and property and the control and direction of its President/CEO shall be vested in a Board of Directors consisting of 17 members. Members of the Board of Directors typically complete a three year commitment with one-third of the elected board retiring each year. Our elections take place in November and new board members are installed in January. Furthermore the Board of Directors elects an Executive Committee from within. |
