Business Advocacy
It is critical that the business community at large have an advocate to represent business concerns and questions.

The Government & Economic Affairs Committee (GEAC) serves that purpose in the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce. This team, comprised of Oregon City Chamber members, representatives from city, county and other organizations, meets monthly to discuss matters as they pertain to the community and specifically business. Topics are determined by immediacy of the issue and value to business including: Worksource, transportation, Willamette Falls Legacy Project or Beavercreek Employment area.
Meeting Schedule
GEAC meets the third Thursday of the month from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.
Meetings are typically held in the Conference Room located at the Oregon City Chamber office, 1209 7th St, Oregon City, 97045.
Requirements:
Members only. Oregon City Chamber members in good standing discuss and vote on current topics. Voting privileges established at one vote per Member must be earned by attendance at three consecutive meetings.
